Base Maintenance Manager

Our requirements:
- Higher technical education, preferably in aviation.
- EASA PART-66 licence (B1.1 or B2) on the following aircraft types: B737 NG/MAX, B787, ERJ-170/190.
- At least 5 years of experience in base maintenance at a senior supervisory or management level.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large technical teams in an MRO environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (EASA, Part-145, and safety standards).
- Experience in budget planning and cost control related to base maintenance operations.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
Your responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing strategies to ensure the efficient execution of base maintenance processes.
- Overseeing and optimizing the planning and execution of base maintenance and structural repair services.
- Ensuring the effective allocation of resources, personnel, and infrastructure to meet service delivery targets.
- Leading initiatives to improve production efficiency, optimize workflows, and introduce best practices.
- Evaluating and advising on investment projects related to infrastructure and equipment for base maintenance.
- Developing and updating MOE and detailed operational procedures related to base maintenance activities.
